This document is a public offer by Sole proprietor Mikhail Dmitrievich Eremin (IP Eremin M. D.) (the Seller) to sell goods remotely through the IQONS website. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms.
1. Subject
The Seller transfers goods to the buyer, and the buyer pays for and accepts them on the terms of this offer. The description, photos and price of each piece are shown on the site. Colours in photos may differ slightly from the real ones because of screen settings.
2. Orders
Orders are placed on the site. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email to the buyer. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, the Seller lets the buyer know and refunds the payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in roubles. The price is fixed at the moment the order is placed. Payment: by bank card or the Faster Payments System on the site, or on collection at the boutique (pickup only). An unpaid online order is held for 60 minutes, then the piece goes back on sale.
4. Delivery
Delivery methods, costs and timing are on the Delivery and returns page. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss pass to the buyer on receipt.
5. Returns and exchanges
Return terms are on the Delivery and returns page and apply together with the Russian Consumer Protection Law. Goods of improper quality can be returned or exchanged as set by law.
6. Private archive
Pieces from the owner’s private archive are not sold through the cart. The buyer sends a price request; a sale, if it happens, is completed separately at the boutique.
7. Personal data
The Seller processes the buyer’s personal data under the Privacy policy.
8. Other
The Seller may change these terms; an order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in court under Russian law.
