This policy explains how Sole proprietor Mikhail Dmitrievich Eremin (IP Eremin M. D.) (the Operator) processes the personal data of visitors and buyers of the IQONS website. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
1. What we collect
When you order: first and last name, email, phone, city and delivery address, postcode, order comment. When you request a price for a piece from the private archive: name, email, phone, message. When you subscribe: email. Technical data: cookies, IP address and browser details, if you have accepted cookies.
2. Why
To place, pay for and deliver your order, to answer your request, to send the newsletter (only with your consent; every email has an unsubscribe link), and to improve the site.
3. Who we share it with
Only those we need to fulfil your order or answer you:

4. Where the data is kept
The site and its database (orders, requests, subscriptions) run on a server in Russia. Copies of order and request emails are kept in Google’s mail service (Gmail), whose servers are outside Russia. We send there only what is needed to reply and fulfil the order.
5. Consent
By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in the order, newsletter or price request form, you agree that the Operator processes the data in section 1 for the purposes in section 2: collects, records, stores, updates, uses, shares with the recipients in section 3, including outside Russia, and deletes it. The consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until you withdraw it.
6. How long we keep it
Order data is kept as long as accounting law requires. Subscription and request data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to iqonsbutik@gmail.com and we will reply within 10 working days.
8. Protection
Only boutique staff who need the data for their work have access to it. The connection to the site is encrypted.
